By entering, you agree to these rules and to the decisions of an independent judging agency (the "Judges") which are final.

$500 GARDEN MAKEOVER GIVEAWAY: One winner will be determined by random drawing on all eligible entries received on or before May 31, 2010. The drawing will be conducted on or about June 11, 2010. 1 winner of a $500 Rockwood Gardens Company gift certificate will be chosen. No cash value. The winner will be notified by June 18, 2010. Prize will be awarded. Odds of winning are 1:15,000.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal Canadian residents except employees of Sponsor and Judges and their respective related companies, agents and suppliers associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes and their immediate families and household members. Any entry which is illegible, incomplete, illegitimately obtained or tampered with is void. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or other errors.

ENTRY: During the sweepstakes promotion period through May 31, 2010, please visit www.rockwoodgardens.com and follow all instructions to complete your entry. Each entry must include a valid email and postal address. Upon completing your entry, you will receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. Limit: Each participant may enter one (1) time per day. Electronic entries must be received by 11:59:59 P.M. ET on May 31, 2010. Multiple entries per person per day, including multiple entries by the same entrant using different e-mail addresses, addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void ALL entries submitted by that entrant and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be returned.

CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, and randomly award the prizes from among all eligible online entries received prior to action taken by Sponsor, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

RELEASE/PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and province for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

MISCELLANEOUS: Subject to all national, province, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. All prize values stated in Canadian currency. All dates and times are based on Eastern time zone. Entrants release Sponsor and Judges, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers, and all others associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use of any prizes, including liability for personal injury. Winners may be asked permission to use their photograph, name, city and province of residence for advertising. Sponsor may require winners to execute publicity/liability releases and affidavits of eligibility. Prizes are not transferable except to surviving spouse. Prizes won by minors to be awarded in the name of parent or guardian who must execute affidavit and release on minor's behalf. Sponsor may select alternate winner if initial winner fails to sign and return releases and affidavits within 21 days of attempted delivery. Taxes and any other expenses are the winners' responsibility.
